You won't know your exact numbers unless you purchase the truth bangle from the casino. Play poker to win medals and then you can buy it. It will tell you what your stamina and fatigue levels are at all times!

On the 8th of Spring, cross the bridge to Vesta's farm. You will unlock both a sprite and the Harvest Sprites' shop. You can buy a Truth Bangle there for 2000 medals. If you equip it you can see your exact stamina/fatigue points.
