Okay first to marry her you need to see all of her heart events. After you've seen all the heart events and Celia is at her red heart level you can buy the blue feather. You can raise heart level quickly at some point in the game after you save 60 harvest sprites you can toss things into the harvest Goddess' pond. Best thing to toss in are strawberries. Anyway after doing this a few times she'll show up and ask if theres someone you like. If you say yes and tell her which girl it is she'll raise the girl's affection for you. Other then that you just need to talk to Celia every day and give her gifts she likes. Hope this helps.

Hi, well I have just married Celia and to do it I did It in 3 stages.
Stage 2: I found 60 harvest sprites and to do this I went onto a website. Go onto Google and type in 60 easiest harvest sprites. You have to do this because the only way to marry is by the harvest goddess hookig couples up.
Stage 2: I upgraded my house and bought a kithen a big bed. YOU NEED A DOUBLE BED TO GET MARRIED.
Stage three: Give loads of things to the girl you want to marry. Celia's favourite thing is cake so to make this you need flour, egg, milk, a fruit, the kithcen with a mixer and a oven. Forst put the milk in the mixer to make butter than put the other ingredientd including the butter into the oven to get a cake. Give this too her every day and raise her love points byt 800. When hr heart is red go to the supermarket on the phone and buy the blue feather for 1000g.

Requirements for getting married: 60 harvest sprites, double bed, see all heart events of that girl (there are 4 for each.You can found out when these are if you type in goog ushi no tane x6 and click the first link.On the left hand sisde of the page click bacherlorettes and click celia's name.
