Ok, I go to the mine after 9:00pm but Carter isnt there! What do I do?

Are you trying to unlock the mine? Try entering very early in the morning to unlock the 1st mine or after 21:00 (9:00pm). Try coming in a little after the time, but not to much. For the 2nd it is the same, but you have to reach the bottom od the 1st mine to open the 2nd. You can unlock the 3rd mine the same way by going to the bottom of the 2nd mine. It is basicly the same thing, then just keep coming back at those times after you reach the bottoms.
First Mine - 10 Floors
Second Mine - 255 Floors
Third Mine - 999 Floors
Fourth Mine - 65,535 Floors
MAKE SURE TO BRING LOTS OF FOOD OR YOU MIGHT PASS OUT!!!
I believe you go in there EXACTLY at 9:00 pm. I use cheat code for my game, so my stamina and things like that are always full
