How do I get anupgrade my hammer and axe?I've looked everyhere but I just don't know!

You go to your phone and press A, then you will have a list of people and things you can call, hit Sabiria the Blacksmith (don't know if I spelt that name right) and then you will be able to upgrade all the tools you need!!
