2. I got to the 255th level of the 3rd mine, killed all the animals, smashed all the rocks and dug up all of the ground. But there was still a rock in the way to get to keira.

Have you tried pressing a next to the rocks with the legendary sword
enter the 4th mine and go down to the 255th floor and there should be rocks on the right wall
It's alright i've done it.
1) i pressed 'A' by the rocks
2) i pressed 'A' by the rock
3) i got 200FP with galen and he gave me the sock Nina was going to give me.
