4th mine

Can someone please help me open the 4th mine? I have completed the 3rd mine but when I go at 9pm Carter isn't there! I read somewhere you can't open it if you're married, is this true?

First, you must dig all the way down to the bottom of the third mine and clean out the bottom floor of enemies. The second thing you need to do is dig all the way down again to the 255 floor of the third mine and defeat all the enemies there as well. This will allow you to enter Keria's room where you must trigger her heart event by giving her ultimate curry. Finally, you need to trigger the mine unlocking event with Carter either late at night or early in the morning.
