Ok I haven't married Lumina but I have married Celia and they all get pregnent the same way. You need to keep your wife on the red heart (60,000) for 30 days then one morning she will wake up and not feel very well and ask you to take her to the doctor and he will say shes pregnent.
You have to keep her affection level up on the red heart for one whole season then like mollymandy said you'll have to take her to the doctor.

One season after you marry her, you will figure out that she is pregnant. One season after that, the baby will be born. So that means two seasons after you marry her, you will get the baby.
