I have a book in my library telling me about Vans Store, where is Van? I know where the store is, but Van is not around. Is Van a sprite, and how do I get him? I really need the power charms he sells, and the T.V. And DVD player.

Van is an actual person who only visits on days ending in 3 or 8 (e.g 3rd, 8th, 13th, 18th etc))
So make sure you go back and visit the inn then

Van come on every day that ends in 3 or 8 and he goes to the inner inn his store opens at 10:00 am and no he is not a sprite
