To upgrade your house you need to buy from the supermarket (over the phone) for around 10 days to get channel 2, then you need to buy the coffe table from channel 2 and then you can upgrade your house 2 times from gotz the woodcutter.

First unlock channel 2 by buying something from karens supermarket for 10 days then buy the cofffe table and tool and beauty box and the clock then call gotz and he will build one for you for a small price
