I suggest getting flora's heart up to blue and unlocking the spring, then getting the sprites available for there. (Use the spring 200 times[this will also unlock the second spring which you have to use 500 times], cast a fishing rod into it). Also, once you have a mystril hoe and watering can, go to each plot (place where you can grow crops), tillthe ground and water it. Once you have found Cerulea, Eviran and Owen you can stop.(NB this will take a few days). Hope I helped!

I tried unlocking the 1st spring I walked in about 112 times in and out of the harvest sprite door but notin happened
