Is there a way???

To get buckwheat flour like it stars at 6 and ends 12 so if I go at 11:50 will the increase my chances on getting it? Thx

I just went at around 6, and when I left it was given to me, it was on my first tiime to that festival and I didnt even know you got items!! I don't think it matters what time you go

You may have the glitched american games. If this is the case it doesn't matter what time you go in you will never get buckwheat flour, only 10 percent of the american games get buckwheat flour. If you get buckwheat noodles when you go to the festival you will never get the flour. Sorry!
It may be worth investing in one of the newer Harvest Moon DS american releases, they've fixed this problem.
