I was so far on my game, my child was about to grow up and I was about to get the island then suddenly my game wouldn't let me load it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When ever I pick the slot and press load IT FREAZES! This is so annoying cause I have been working so hard on it, is there anything I can do to stop it from freazing????!?!!! Please please get back to me asap!

Ummm... I don't think you can do anything. I believe that your game has gotten a glitch that I read about. I would suggest from now on saving in both files. Srry about your problem and again I could be wrong.
That has happened to me before but what happened was I didn't save my game right and then I pressed save and then I wanted it to not save.I turned it off and when I turned it back on the check it didn't say anything!I had to start over but now I know that I use both files for the same one just in case I mess up on Diary 1.
