I have I think 6 records but I can't get jet to get antmore records is there a way to get them?

After you buy all Jet has, you must do certain things for him to get more.
1. Get married.
2. Have kid.
3. Kid grows older. (twice, I think)
4. Insert: Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town (GBA) into the GBA slot of your DS.

If you have the GBA game(harvest moon friends of mineral town) put that in it unlocks a bunch of things and he gets 5 more records and the rest I'm not sure
