How do I make a fence/girl version

1. On the game they say that you can make a fence.I don't know how. I have one out of weeds,stones,stumps,and sticks,but I want to know how to make one that looks like the fence at Vesta's farm.

2.Do you think that they will release the girl Harvest Moon DS version in the U.S., if you do when?

1. You can't do that from the point that I'm at on the game. On the back it shows other players using stone. I guess that you can't ever do that.
2. I think sometime this year. My friend said that her mom reserved the new version of Harvest Moon already. But she doesn't know what it's called.
