Mines

It is inpossible to get to the bottom in the 2nd mine beacuse my engry always go down to fast and I run out of food someone please help me.

I save before I do anything else, defeat the monsters w/ the hoe, bash 1 stone, if it's not what I wanted then I load and repeat till you get what you want, then you use the hoe to find stairs, go down them(4 each floor you fall down, you lose 1 stamina), then keep doing this, if you get 2 0 stamina and 90 fatigue, eat something.

Both answers are good ones, but if you want to get through the mines the first time, you can use the double save option.
When you first go into the mine, save in slot 1. When you dig and find the stairs to go down, reload slot one and then go straight to where you found the stairs. Dig it up... And save in BOTH slots. Go down, and save in slot 1. Find the stairs, reload slot 1, dig up the stairs and save in both slots again. Keep up this process until you get to the floor you want.
It's a little time consuming, but you end up going 30-40 floors without having to drink any bogidizers. Good luck!
