BJML answered:

If you touch a vivosaur in your holder, a screen will pop up, that asks what you want to do with this. One of your choices is "bank". Touch that and the vivosaur will disappear from your holder. You can now go out and collect another set of bones for that vivosaur, as if you didn't have one at all. Your Kl33n robot, however, will remember that you had it and will clean them for you if you want. The new vivosaur will have to be ranked up, of course. You can even give it a different wondrous rock if you like.
Repeat as needed. Even though you can still only have one vivosaur of any given number in your holder, the bank can hold as many as you like.
Now, when you want to form a team, you can pull from both your holder and your bank. That's how you can get a team with multiple copies of one vivosaur.
Hope this helped. Good luck!
