On the aquarium quest on the guy in Ilium that needs dino medals for the aquarium, wheres the last one? He says ask around and I am but no one says anything and I can't find anything help please

There's a guy in the very front of the Ilium walkway, for lack of a better description-you know the round part where the helicopter girl stands? Go there and and walk to the front, away from the direction you take to get to the fossil guild building, then go to the right. You'll see a guy in a blue parka-he has the info about the last fish. The last dino medal is in Ilumn Village.Go to the helicopter pad in Ilumn Village and talk to the man in the winter jacket.
