Stego is in the Jungle Labyrinth. If you are not finding legs, have you fully upgraded your sonar? If you don't have both fossil chips, you will never find any legs. I know it seems like a lot of money, but as you progress in the game, you will eventually get to the point where you can't spend all you find, so don't be afraid to drop the bucks on your equipment.

Duna is bonus from Nintendo wifi connection. Turn on your wifi, choose multiplayer mode, then Nintendo connection and lastly choose bonus data. You should get (at this point ) 4 rocks sent to your fossil lawn: Igno, Frigi, "dragon" and "bone". Back out and return to story mode and pick them up. Dragon will let you know there's a visitor waiting at the Petrified Forest. That would be Duna. She's on the top of the big tree at the back of the dig site where you climb up the vines to get to it. Follow her directions.

Dimetro is at Icegrip Plateau. Hope this helps! Good luck.

You can use a legs mask to quickly find stego legs. After getting the Dragon card off of wi-fi, you can find Duna in Petrified woods. After beating her, she tells you that Raptin is in the cave at Hot Spring Heights that leads to the pay-to-dig site. Raptin tells you to find Dynal in the Stone Pyramid. Beating Dynal gets you Duna, Raptin, Dynal, and a dinomaton all at level 12. Dimetro is near the craters in Hot Spring Heights.
