We purchased FFC from Amazon, but we cannot get the intendo to recognise the card. Have updated software , the FF is recognised the intendo DSi , what are we not doing , or is the card a dud, it's new. Pam

Pam-I'd be contacting Amazon for a replacement game. As far as I know, these things are insert chip, play game. If the DSi is not recognizing the FFC game chip, I think you have a dud. Plus, whenever I've had to return stuff to Amazon, the return folks are very helpful. They might have a different answer. Sorry, I know it's frustrating when you have to wait for a new game you'd like to play right now, but I think that's where you're going to end up. Good luck. On the bright side, I thiInk you'll be happy when you finally get to play-I think this is a better game with more strategy involved than the original. Happy gaming!

If the DSi does not recognize it, it's a dud. Send it back to Amazon and get a replacement, don't use Amazon to buy the game, it should be in any store that contains video games/electronics eg. Walmart, Target, etc, however that's just my opinion. Less frustration with dealing with duds. Good luck!

I do this for all my ds cards just blow gently on the gold part on the bottom back of the card if there isnt one (cause I think thats where it stores memory or gets readings)blame the company that makes it
