Mt.krakanak wher you batele the guy with the mowhak anywere ther. Hope this helps

At the end where the jelly machine is thats the only place.

Go to Mt.krakinak. Then go to where you fight Lester . You should dig lots ther and you might find T-Rex.

You can find them in the crater where you fight lester the first time. Also I've heard that you cand find any fossil any where

T-Rex is found in the crater where you battle Lester for the first time. If you don't have the Head Mask, use the Red Mask* to rule out Nippono. You will still get Dacerus, but T-rex is rare anyway, you will get his body fossils for than you will get his head fossil, I guarantee you.
*ahehehehe it rhymed.

When you battle lester for the first time in the creater put on the red mask if you have one and start digging fossils near where they put the jelly powder in the steam that goes to the hot spring
