You have to find the pirate ship then go to the top floor and go to captains quarters and talk to ghost dude but WARNING after you get the ribbon and go back to the hotel vivian is going to be there so be ready for that p.s. She is going to be in the elevator so if not ready then don't go near the left elevator. HOPE THIS HELPED!!!!!! =D=D=D
