I have all of the all of the vivosaurs but the Paki and I've been to Cold Feet Glacier so many times and haven't found it someone tell me why I can't find it. It is jacked up man please someone tell me someone PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSEEE!!! Who answers this question me I'll be very happy. So please answer this question.

I know where it is :P just go to Cold Feet Glacier Wearing the Snow Monster mask (Oonga Oonga I think it's called) and go to the top right of the map and look around there
