How do i beat the machines after you deafeat the robot?

After i beat the robot guy in lava you have to beat machines and i just cant figure it out i tried it so many times.

Jump on it all the way in the right corner and just keep swinging your sword

First save up tons of rapo coins then buy hyper shot from issac. On the level when you get to the machine start shooting the machine. Try to dodge the missiles. When the machine closes hide in the corner farthest from the machine. The treadmill should block the shot. Repeat this until he dies
