It will raise stats and help beat exo grimmon
Try training at palette amazon for exp
Also, if you have moves that attack multiple times like 01 crusher, and moves that attack 2 or three adjacent zones, (terra force, shine slash, etc,) the also do damage as exo grimmon takes up 3 zones. It took me a while. To train, go up in chaos brain, and go into the portal, make a left to a dead end. You will fight ghoulmon and such, giving you plenty of Dark exp.
get a valcanomon and get it to max level and it is stronger than omnimon
