It depends on which digieggs your talking about
There are the digieggs used for armor digivolving which are listed with the valuble items you can only use them with certian digimon following special requirements(requirements needed are listed as a answer to a different question)
Then there are digieggs that hatch into digimon using farm island and meeting the hatching requirements then talk to it (you can`t talk to eggs but it`ll hatch the egg if requirements are met)
