Can't digivolve need help

I have a Dolphmon that I want to digivolve to Whamon. Dolphmon must be lv. 32 to digivolve but it's apitude is only 30. How do I raise it's aptitude because the only other digivolve is Divermon and it has to be lv. 36?

You can't get a Whamon/Divermon through digivolving. You must get them in the Macro Sea in Access Glacier. To unlock Access Glacier there is a four star mission you have to do. To get to Macro Sea you must look around in Access Glacier and find a pipe. Enter the pipe. When digimon start appearing and you don't see Whamon/Divermon then move on to the next area and look around. Enjoy!!

To get you're aptitude up, you have to degenerate the digimon first. I kno it sucks to try to train them back up to the digimon you want but thats the only way I found out how to do it.

In order to raise it's aptitude, you must devolve it. It's annoying but you have to do that sometimes.

So,if you degenerate and digivolve the digimon several times,the aptitude should rise everytime?
For example,clockmon to knightmon,then back to clockmon,and keep doing this several times

U have 2 degenerate it and re-digivolve it
