the spinning and the martial art

Thanks to the answer of my last question I completed 891.2% of the map I tried to do the spinnig and martial art but it won't work

Please help

You have to make sure you've completed the quests, "Martial Art" and "Spinning Art" and claimed their awards. Then make sure their relics are on. Enter the commands right, down, left, right, Y (Spinning Art) or up, left, down, right, Y. (Martial Art) Make sure you enter them really fast, like with a slide input, and hold the last direction while you press Y.
