If you are doing the normal one all you have to do is enter the mirror when you fight dario the second time and kill aguni. Then get the seal and go to the garden of madness. Go into the boss area without mina's talisman and then it's done. Or you could go into the boss area with the talisman and then go into the room at the bottom of the condemned tower. Break the seal go fight death then go to hell and fight abaddon. After that you talk to dmittri and when he becomes the giant menace thing you heat the head on the left of the screen. Once that is destroyed you have to hit the head things in his mouth and on his knee. It helps if you use the abaddon bullet soul on the knee.
