Question for Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow

I've got a few questions

1. Where do you find the great axe soul?

2. I've just killed the boss that gives you the soul that gives you the ability to swim underwater but I don't know where to go?

1. The Great Axe Armor can be located at the Comdemned Tower. It's soul is very difficult to obtain.

2. There is a place in Garden of Madness where you have to use that ability to swim through some water.
