This is my first cheat and you have to have yhe walk through any thing code (action replay). First you go to the contest hall in hearthome city and go in the counter. Then talk to the lady but talk to her from the backside. Then do what you normaly do and enter the Pokemon you want. Then you shoud be standing beside dexter and in the 4th spot. If you don't have the walk through code here it is.
