OK first is that you need to put on run/walk anywhere cheat. Then go to the poke league and go in the door. Go up the first moving platform the walk all ofthe way up to the door but stop. Turn left and just keep going until it automatically starts to move you upwards then youll see cynthia and rorans words on the screen. You don't even have to fight cynthia.
