Avoid Dying
Here's a sneaky little trick that will prevent you from dying. Just before you go on a rescue 'Save' the game then if you are killed quickly turn the power off of your DS and you'll find when you turn it back on you will still be alive. On long missions like Groudon, Rayquaza and Articuno where it can be difficult to complete the second part because you've lost a lot of your items this little trick comes in very useful.
