First make sure you have HM Surf, a Wish stone, loads of apples, a few Joy Seeds, & Reviver seeds. Put all your money in storage. Go to Wish cave on your own. When you get in, eat your Joy Seeds to put you around level 4-5. Go up the floors till you get to the 99F. Make sure you leveled up to about 40-45. Battle Jirachi & defeat him. If he asks to join, say no. If you got your Wish Stone, wish for something good. When you wake up the next morning, a new Pokemon will want to join (Example: You wake up, your partner says Pikachu wants to join. You won't have a Pikachu on your team. If you did, it wouldn't join). It may take a long time to get to the top, but it's all worth it when you recruit every Pokemon! Pokemon that won't join by the wish are Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, Mewtwo, Mew, Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Ho-Oh, Lugia, Celebi, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Jirachi, & Deoxys.
