First lets talk about shaymin.
Got to the falt stone. Make sure it is in front of you then keep go straight. Eventully you'll find land. Get on you bike and there''s shaymin.(unless you been here already)
Second is darkria.
He is a little tricky... You got to moon island and don't go in the forst. Just go to the right part of the island were you can see the water. Now with you run through walls cheat again, keep going right. This might take a little while but trust me it works. Eventually you will hit newmoon island.
