You just need the vitamins and you can get them by buying them in the veilstone city dep store of just use action replay to get them. Activate the bypass 512 stat limit and one of the EV stats at a time. Ex. The 512 then protein. Save turn off, then the next one then the next one, on and on until you max out the pokemons stats. This will not make the stat 999. But it will boost up a stat ALOT!!!
