This code has no activation, if this code is selected on the AR screen, it CANNOT be turned on/off in-game. This makes all wild roaming Pokemon shiny. People ask me, "well what if I take my Action Replay out?" Well, with most Shiny codes the Pokemon are only shiny when the action relpay is in the DS, with this code, even if you save then take the AR out, the Pokemon you cought and are in your party/PC Boxes will stay shiny, but any wild Pokemon will go back to regular form.
