Practice alot and every time your dog brings back the frisbee pet his head then take it it will teach your dog to bring it back right away you NEED that for compitition so you can score lots of points

Your points depend on where the dog catches it you want him to catch it in the blue zone if he catches it there it's 8-10 points you have a time limit so throw and catch as many times as you can and go for the gold!!
