Hey I just beated the game(protoman version) and don't know what to do next...
Where should I go

First, collect at least 100 chips. Then go to the Nebula's Base. There should be a screen monitor on one of the floors. Jack into it and take the link down to Undernet 3. Once there, head southwest, toward an isolated section of Undernet 2 you can only reach from the Messageboard. Talk to the Goden Mr. Prog and say yes and it should open up a portal leading you to a new area with another Liberation Mission involving Shademan again. The rest will be quite easy to figure out. Hoped I helped.
