When you call: Gotz the builder, request him to build you anything like: Pond, house up-grade (to get channel 2 buy supermarket stuff from Karen for 10 days to get the shopping channel active), basement, bird houses, ect.

When you got what you want and Gotz arrives the next day, wait for him to start on what ever you asked him to build.

Then use this Action Replay Code (Only Works on North America Version)
