First put summoner with ALL SUMMONS Magus with ALL SPELLS and Devout with Cure Cura Curaga and Curaja and Reflect at least and a Dragoon
Use reflect on Xande and cloud so haste and protect boost your guys (boo to xande and cloud) cloud uses bad breath so hold ribbons draggon hold genji shield may slience so if Devout is silenced chances of winning are nearly nil
Devout use curaga or curaja to heal dragoon use jump summoner uses bhamut and leavihten(hope spelling is correct) Magus use flare and firaga until he goes down(Standards Stratagey i call it)Use standard on all bosses and youshould win all of them
