The trick to beating Baby Bowser is to keep eating heart fruit off the Super Happy Tree.

Shoot eggs at the spikes on the roof don't worry about egg supply (you should get unlimited eggs when you eat heart fruit).

When Bowser goes to the floor make sure your don't hit Bowser but make sure they are close though they'll turn in to fireworks and that hurts Bowser eggs don't...!
