The windmill in kakario village.

Well first you go there as a adult and talk to him, he will teach you the song of storms.

Then come back as a kid and play it, then the well will drain.

No ones there unless it's night....

If you're a kid, you cant play anything for him, even though you have the ocarina #1. whne your an adult, you have to go to kakiriko village, and go to the windmill.

He will say "ill never forget the time that mean ocarina kid came in here and messed up the windmiil. he made it go way too fast."

You have no idea what hes talking about, cuz ur the only guy with an ocarina. talk to him again, and he'll say: "I'll never forget this song," and he'll teach you the song of storms.

(by the way it goes like this: A, down, and up A down up).

Once you beat the water temple you go to kakiriko and it is on fire. shiek tell you the nocturne of shadow.

You have to get the Lens of Turth if you want to go to the shadow temple.

So you go back in time to be a kid, and go to the windmill and play the song of storms. (the nocturne of shadow goes like this: left, right, right, A, left, right, down)
