Zelda 64: Ocarina of Time Questions

Where exactly am I supposed to go after defeating the forest temple? I know its somewhere on Death Mountain but I'm not sure what to do. Thanks.

For starters go to Goron city.

You'll know what to do from there.

After beating the Forest Temple you head to Goron's City and there will be a Goron rolling around on one of the levels.

You have to bomb him and he will stop rolling (if you do it right) and he will tell you that he is Darunia's son (Darunia is the leader of the Gorons and the Sage of the Fire Temple).

He will also tell you that his dad went to the fire temple because Ganondorf was going to feed all the Goron's to this Dragon that lives on Death Mountain.

Next he will start crying and Navi tells you to calm him down and you ask about the dragon. Once he's done telling you about the dragon you ask him about the Goron's. Then he will ask you to help Darunia.

So he will open two doors on the very botton floor and one is the Goron's Store and the other is Darunia's throne room. He will also give you a heat-resistant tunic. Put the tunic on.

Go into Darunia's throne room and there is a statue of a monkey-looking thing on the back wall. Go up to it and the action button should say "grab" and you pull it back. Go into the door you pulled the statue out of and you are in the Death Mountain Crater.

There Sheik will teach you the Bolero of Fire so you can warp there and past the warp point is the entrance to the fire temple.

You may want to go to Goron city first because it's the only way you can do this.
