Right heres how to gt the letter 1st if you havent already go to wer king zora is and take the passage to the left there will zora there who will ask you to play a game pass this and ul gt the silver fin allowing you longer dives , nw in the area wer he throws the rupees there is a little underwater passage way dive thro it and itl warp you to zoras river wer you will find a bottle with the letter in

Enter the King's Chamber. Take the passage of to the side that leads off a waterfall. Talk to the Zora standing on the edge. He asks if you want to play a game. Sayyes, and he will toss a bunch of rupees of the edge. Dive off and get all the rupees before the timer runs out. A sound effect will play and he will tell you to come back up for your prize. Go back up, and he will give you the Zora's Scale. This allows you to dive lower than before. Go to Lake Hylia, or dice off the ledge and take the shortcut under the water. There will be a bottle submerged near the ledge of the columns. Dive down and get it. Take the shortcut back and go to the King's Chamber. He will give him the letter and he will move, allowing you to go to Jabu-Jabu's Chamber.
