can not find the forest temple !!

I have been up since 3 inthe morning last night and could not find it I got past mido and don't know were to go from then plz help thanks to anyone that does

This is exactly the same place where you met Saria to learn her song. If I remember rightly (and don't hang me if I'm wrong) you go straight on past Mido, left then right... I'd make sure you've got some of the bombachu's first before you attempt to go anywhere near here as there's a huge dude who bashes the floor with a club which will knock you on your backside and drain all your energy (and took me ages to get past till I sussed the bombachu bit)... I recommend you get your hands on a walkthrough (I like Mr Shotgun's) - it's been invaluable to me...

Like Supasec said take some bombchus with you and make sure you have the hookshot(i think that's it's name, can't remember) with you aswell. Here are the directions throught the lost Woods: after entering go Right, then Left, Right, Left, Straight(or middle), Left, then Right. You should come to the maze where you fight those dekus at when you were a kid, but now they are big creatures that can run you over. I advice you to run past them, but if you want to fight them. Use your hookshot to stun them and then slash them to bits. Then on the stairs you will find another creature but he has a big weapon that he slams to the ground knocking you down. Use your bombchus on him like Supasec said. Or you could just run past him dodging his attacks. Gradulatiions you have came to the Forest Temple. Use your hookshot on the branch near the temple to get up there.

Easy it's in lost wood where you meet saira take the hook shot and shoot the tree make sure it's abouve the broken stairs on the brance then there you go
