No there are no hidden wrestlers, but you can create your own wrestlers or edit a current wrestler

What?! There are so hidden wrestlers! Play through Road to Wrestlemania 2000. The first time through you'll unlock Jerry "the king" Lawler and Jim Ross. If you defend the Hardcore Championship three times Cactus Jack comes out and faces you! Beat him and you get him! If you win the WWF Championship Dude Love comes out and challenges you! Beat Him to unlock him!
There are more but I can't remember them right now.
