Everyone says do your SPECIAL on that and this but my problem is how to do a special?

I really beat him up, my energy bar is high and something called special blinks on my energy bar please answer how to do special and I can grapple and do only weak grapple shots not strong grapple shots so please also answer how to do strong grapple and how to do a special.

It is very simple. To do a strong grapple, hold A until the grapple is complete. During a strong grapple, flick the joystick to do your special in the standing position. If it is a laying down special such as the peoples elbow, just grapple them while they are on the ground and you have your specisl up.

First to do a strong you do not just press A, you hold A down to put them in a strong grapple.Now to do your special you put them in a strong grapple like how I told you, then you move the analog stick any way you want.
