If you go into Goron city you will find only one goron left rolling around on I think the 2nd floor. Stop him by using your bombs or bomb flowers. When he is stopped talk to him and he will give you a Goron Tunic. Good luck!

Go to Goron City(there is an entrance in Lost Woods). There will be a small Goron rolling where the big one was. Stop him with a bomb.(he will think you are Ganon's servant). He will sob when you talk 2 him( there will be 2 choices,pick 2 then 1) he will give you a tunic.

The rolling goron is on the 3rd floor I believe you can stop him by useing a bomb or bomb flower

Those are close but all equally wrong... When your a kid their is a goron rolling around so stop him with your bombs then go forwad through time and their should be a big goron roling around not a small one bomb him to make him stop he'll thank you for stopping him and will give you the goron tunic.
