In dry dry desert, I know there in the Spin Attack badge on top of a big rock. How the hell do you get it?????

There are four tweesters (whirlwinds) in the desert. Walk into them and they'll blow you away. One of them will blow you right on top of this rock.

I THINK that the one in the area with the two blue cactusplants will take you to the badge.

Go to the beginning of the second area in the desert town. Go to the wall with all the pieces of paper attached to it and one of them is read-able. It says to go to the stone cactus and go 2 or 3 south and 2 or 3 east or west (i said "or" beacuse I'm not sure). Then get stuck in the whirlwind and it will blow you to the rock.

Take the Tweester in the area with the blue cacti.

There is a blue cactus that in stone then jump in the tornado and you will be on that rock

Go to a blue cactus then jump in the tornado and you will be at the badge. That is the only way I know to get it. (beat paper mario before like 2 times and whit a new save i"m at shy guys toy box and if you know shy guy toy box you got to back track a lot.

Yes, if youre near the spin attack badge, go south one, then west one. Youll see the tweester and the blue cactus. Go into the tweester and itll take you there.
