I was reading the hints page for Paper Mario and I became a little confused.
One of the "hints" listed all the recipies. I noticed two things that didn't make sense to me.
1) They listed three things to make a recipie, and
2) they listed "strange leaf" as an indredient for some of them.
Now, my question is, if this was not a mistake, how are you able to use three ingredients for a recipie, and how and where can you get a "strange leaf"?
Thanks.

Thats a mistake, mate... there is no way to cook 3 items together, only 2... and by "strange leaf", they probably mean the koopa leaf in koopa ville or whatever the place is...
Hope this helps!
It's impossible to use three items at once. To find a strange leaf go outside the boo's mansion. Try looking in every bush in the front yard that shows!
You find strange leaf in front of Bow's mansion, in one of the bushes.
He said to mix either a mushroom with a dried shroom or to mix a fire flower with a dried shroom, not a mushroom plus either a dried shroom or fire flower with a dried shroom. A mushroom with a dried shroom is one way, a fire flower with a dried shroom is another.
The "strange leaf" I think is the Strange Herb you find in Flower Fields.
1. Sorry, but you can't use three things to make a recpie.
2. You can find "Strange Leaf" outside Boo's mansion.
